### 📦 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
### ❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Change of mind after receiving the order
### 🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking jar
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Order number

- Replace the product OR
- Issue a refund (store credit or original payment method)

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
### 🚚 Delivery Issues
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Order refusal
The customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.
### 🧾 Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be issued as:
- Store credit OR
- Bank transfer (as mutually agreed)
